Description
A great middle Eastern tapas spot tucked away in the Vineyard Hotel. They have a mezze seating which runs from 16:30-18:30. Standout dishes included the olives marinated in pomegranate molasses and honey-baked halloumi.

The Vineyard Hotel is upmarket hotel in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. The grounds are absolutely stunning, it's worth arriving before sunset to have a drink.Salt
Kalk Bay
Description
Cozy and quaint spot overlooking the Kalk Bay Harbour. Their food is elevated without being pretentious. My favourite small plates are the Wasabi Dusted Calamari and the Crispy Chicken Bao. I would say the best main meal is their pork belly. One of the best I've eaten.

Because the restaurant is small, I would advise booking in advance if you are going to be in a group of 4 or more. It's safe to visit at night with a parking lot nearby or street parking out front. It is South Africa, so always be streetwise/vigilant when walking at night, but I've never had an issue in this part of town.Tortuga Loca
Muizenberg
Description
A vibey Mexican spot that has captured the heart of Muizenberg. Amazing frozen margarita's, generous portions and a variety of starters plates to share make this a favourite to come back to again and again. The atmosphere is eclectic and welcoming.

Most of the time there is street parking in front of the restaurant, otherwise there is a parking lot just around the corner (turn into York road). There is a bar there called The Striped Horse, which is always busy at night, so you shouldn't have any issues walking from the parking lot to the restaurant.Foodbarn Cafe and Tapas
Noordhoek
Description
Such a great spot in Noordhoek Village. I love the decor and their curated wine list. You have to get the mushroom ravioli!
